WAV to OGG Patch:
- Converted every WAV file into OGG files to reduce overall BIN file size.
- Down smash receives a minor rework: Now it properly takes smash charge value into account.
- Fixed inability to mid jump after using up special.
- Several minor changes, fixes, etc.

[ 9/20/21 ]
- She's now compatible for Crusade v0.9.4, refer to the setup text file to know how to install.
- A CMC+ v7 version of her is also included, refer to the setup text file to know how to install.
