Hong Meiling (Touhou) 9.3 CMC+

The gatekeeper of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, Hong Meiling, brings her colorful fighting to Crusade!

This is a standalone release of Meiling from the newest CMC+ build, including palettes and a final smash.

Unlike other characters from Touhou, Meiling would rather fight with her own hands and not rely on any projectiles, differentiating her from all other Touhou characters.

I hope you have just as much fun playing her as I had coding her.
