Crono (Chrono Trigger)

From the timeless RPG Classic, Crono warps into Crusade!

With a sword in hand and with the help of his trusty allies, Crono is ready for battle! A swordfighter who's quick on his feet and with some neat little tricks up his sleeve, Crono can get the drop on his opponents before they even realise it.

SPECIAL MOVES:

• NEUTRAL SPECIAL - Lightning: This move has 2 stages, stage 1 has Crono set up a glowing copy of his sword on the ground, where it will stay there for a long period of time. Press Special again while it's still there to send out a bolt of lighting in said spot. The lightning bolt will paralyze your foes, giving you a chance to punish with whatever move you want.
  
• SIDE SPECIAL - Dash Slash: Do quick draw slash to your front. If there's a succesful hit, you can press Special again to do another dash slash for a total of 3 times, with the third time being a strong hit that sends opponents flying. You can change the angle of the dash by holding up or down before the attack itself.
  
• DOWN SPECIAL - Cyclone: Do a spin attack while moving forward, damaging opponents multiple times. You can press left and right to shift your direction on a dime.
  
• UP SPECIAL - Gyroslash: Do a jumpslash while spinning your sword, this move deals multiple damage and is useful for anti-airs.
  

However, that's not all that Crono is capable of doing...After all, it wouldn't be Chrono Trigger if we didn't have these: Enter Dual Techs!

DUAL TECHS

When you first try him out, you'll see there's a meter over his HUD. That meter gets filled up ONLY when you hit someone with an attack. Once the meter is full, press Attack + Special to use an enhanced Special Move, each one featuring a party member from the original game! There is one for all 4 specials:

• NEUTRAL SPECIAL - Max Cyclone: Do a massive spin attack with the help of Robo! This attack covers a massive area and is also a reliable multihit attack.
  
• SIDE SPECIAL - X-Strike: Do a double cross slash with the help of the honourable knight, Frog!
  
• DOWN SPECIAL - Fire Whirl: Do a flaming spin attack with Lucca's assistance!
  
• UP SPECIAL - Falcon Hit: Ayla from the prehistoric era will give you a lift to the skies, hitting anyone unfortunate enough to be below you!
