Yukari Takeba (Persona 3/Persona 4 Arena) [9.3/CMC+ v7]

Yukari Takeba, the Unsightly Pink Sniper, has joined the Crusade!

This is my second Persona character, and one that (much like Hisui) I made before publicly uploading. Also, very much like Hisui, I completely remade Yukari from the ground up.
For Yukari, I wanted to make her have a heavy emphasis on ranged attacks; most of her attacks utilize her bow (SSmash, B, DownB, FAir, DAir, BAir), with the only exception being UAir since she uses her Persona for that one. She has some close-range attacks, but they're not meant as good as the ranged attacks.

Yukari Takeba is one of the main characters of Persona 3. She's one of the first members of SEES, with her persona, Isis, having an emphasis on Wind/Garu attacks. She also has a heavy focus on ranged attacks, as her primary weapon is a bow. Yukari's a popular student at Gekkoukan High due to her kind nature, but she's prone to mood swings and can clash with people, especially her friend Junpei.

Neutral Special: Yukari readies her bow and shoots out five arrows. It takes a bit for the arrows to be shot, but since the arrows themselves are close together, it's good for damage (4 per arrow).
Side Special: Yukari dashes forward with style and grace! If an opponent is in front of her when she dashes, they freeze in place and get hurt by her wind attacks. This attack deals 14% damage.
Up Special: Yukari summons her Persona and propels herself in the air with Garu. It functions similarly to Hisui's UpB, but has no hitbox whatsoever, making it mostly good for evasion and recoveries.
Down Special: Yukari readies her bow... again. But this time, she crouches down and shoots three arrows into the air! Perfect for knocking airborne opponents.
